I tend to tidy up cables at L2 chargers when I see them in disarray too. Just seems like good karma to me. I tend to fetch a shopping cart from the area I park (if one is there) and bring it in with me for the same reason.

I tend to clean up carts, too, stacking them neatly.

But cords can be unruly sometimes. The last public charger I used just refused to coil up.

Contrary to @Woodrick's latest nightmare, I do return carts. And pick up other people's trash in national, state and city parks (and my neighbourhood too).

But I don't obsses over other people's behaviour.

That's why I can a debate or nasty forum exchanges -- and thus, not constipated.

That's supposed to be funny but I guess you lost your sense of humor with your persistent and daily challenge and pains on your impacted bowel which must be getting worst by refusing to acknowledge what's causing it.
