Question:

Do you have to fill out all the lease/trade-in stuff before you get the VIN or can/should I wait till after the VIN is assigned? I'd rather wait since I'm lending my trade in vehicle to a family member right now and can't take pics...

You can do it any time prior to pick up. I finalized my order June 4th, but I was lending my car to family as well. Just got it back and submitted for trade-in quote today.

It would be interesting to see how/when/why Austin ships CT's. How target destinations shift and change.

I imagine you'll see your VIN very shortly, with likely a quick turnaround for delivery once it appears. I'm hoping to get pinged for delivery very soon. Hopefully this week. It's been eight days since I received my VIN and I'm guessing my truck has been in transport. I'm planning on dropping by the service center tomorrow and seeing if they can shed any light on my ETA.
