If the Cybertruck can out pull an F350, what are the limiting factors to increase its tow rating? And are these items that can be added at the factory as upgrades or maybe even aftermarket??
Maybe not necessarily heavy-duty but a tow package.

Wheelbase, stability under load and range when towing. And there’s of course absolutely no way to use a 5th wheel or gooseneck. It also is counting on much lighter tires for the range figures and then theres the 6 lug hubs to contend with.

If you’re wanting an HD truck thats electric you should wait 5-6 years till they emerge

Or use a Tesla Semi if you don't want to wait 5-6 years. The Semi production facility should be done in under a year and, if you plan to tow long-distances on a consistent basis, the total cost of ownership of a Tesla Semi would probably be less than that of an F-350. One problem might be getting one though, I think there will be essentially unlimited demand for years to come. You might be stuck with a legacy ICE tow vehicle for years to come.

That said, the 500+ mile range of the Semi has been proven with a GCWR of over 40 tons. They even went over some high mountain passes. I bet the range with only 20 tons would be significantly more, minimizing the amount of charging needed on the road, depending upon the specific use case.
